Our Roots
We are a family owned farm in Donegal, Ireland breeding premium-grade Dexter cattle to produce our signature Donegal Dexter beef as well as premium lamb. We have been in business for multiple generations providing the finest quality meat locally, and now we are excited to share with the rest of Ireland as well as the UK.
Our BEEF
Reared on the upland pastures at the foot of the Bluestack Mountains of Donegal, all of our cattle enjoy a grass only diet. We are currently in the transitional process of becoming fully organic. We want to ensure that our customers are satisfied that the food they are buying is free from all artificial hormones and chemicals which ensures that our beef is as healthy as possible.
